Employees Charged After Nursing Home Fire Kills 3 Residents | Flagler Nursing Home Abuse Lawyer


Five nursing home employees have been charged with elder abuse after a fire at the home led to three deaths.  The fire, in 2008, started when an unsupervised resident was smoking near an oxygen tank.  The resident lost consciousness and a fire erupted.   The fire alarms were not working at the time.  Three residents were killed and others were injured.
