Family Awarded $23.3 Million In Birth Injury Case | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Lawyer

A medical malpractice case in Milwaukee recently ended with a $23.3 million verdict.  A 5-year-old boy and his mother were awarded the money after the child suffered brain damage during birth.  The doctor failed to perform a needed c-section and the boy was delivered with forceps.  The child now suffers from cerebral palsy.
