Family of Car Crash Victim Receives $2.1 Million | Orlando Personal Injury Attorney
The city of Altamonte will pay $2.1 million in a settlement with Erskin Bell's family. Bell remains in a coma after a car accident last November when an Altamonte Springs police officer hit the vehicle he was a passenger in. Bell was riding in a Honda Civic driven by Jennifer Hernandez who has recovered from her injuries. Mark Maupin was the 27-year-old veteran officer who hit them.
