 A fatal accident occurred yesterday evening on I-95 in Volusia County.  Driver, Farogat Azizova, 51, lost control of her sport utility vehicle, left the road and stuck a patch of trees.  Azizova, of Melbourne, died at the scene of the crash.  Svetlana Spiegelhalter, 58, her passenger, also of Melbourne was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center in serious condition. The cause of the crash is unknown.
