A fatal car crash occurred Tuesday in Jacksonville. Emmanuel Ayala Martinez, 25, rear-ended a tow truck driven by Chad Lee Simmons, 35. Martinez was driving at high speeds at the time of the crash and was not wearing a seatbelt. He was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Simmons suffered minor injuries. The accident occurred on Southside Boulevard.
