A single vehicle accident Tuesday night caused fatal injuries to a 65-year-old woman. Nancy Goupel Lynch, of Lake Mary, lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a tree. The accident occurred on Casa Verde Boulevard and Brightview Drive. Lynch was taken to Orlando Regional South Seminole Hospital where she died.
