A West Palm Beach woman was killed yesterday when the vehicle she was in crashed in Port Orange. Roberto Companioni, 73, was driving the van when a tire blew and he lost control. The vehicle flipped and ejected passenger, Rosa Companioni, 70, who was not wearing a seatbelt. Rosa died at the scene of the crash. Roberto and other passenger, Mario Boza, 65, suffered minor injuries.
