Father Found Guilty By Jury For Neglecting Adopted Children | Orange City Child Injury Lawyer

A jury recently found an Altamonte Springs father guilty of child neglect.  Dwayne Hardy, 50, was accused of neglecting two of his adopted children, ages 6 and 10.  Dwayne’s wife, Pamela Hardy, 47, has been charged with aggravated child abuse for physically abusing the children and withholding food.  The pair was arrested in August approximately four months after they adopted the children.  Dwayne Hardy faces a minimum of two years in prison.
