A fatal accident occurred Thursday morning at a home in Washington Oaks subdivision. A Sanford man, 77, was pulling into his driveway when he accidentally hit the gas and crashed into his daughter. The man’s daughter was disabled and used a walker. Her caretaker was also with her at the time and was seriously injured. The daughter was killed in the accident. The caretaker was flown to Orlando Regional Medical Center. The identities of those involved have not been released at this time.
