Four Children Ejected From SUV Were Not Wearing Seatbelts | Ormond Beach Child Injury Lawyer

Five children traveling in an SUV Sunday all suffered injuries when the vehicle flipped over.  Four of the children were ejected from the vehicle and none of the five children was wearing a seatbelt.

The driver, Omar LaBorde, 29, over-corrected the vehicle on Poinciana Boulevard causing the accident to occur.  LaBorde was not injured in the crash and was wearing a seatbelt.  Passenger, Ana Roque, 32, who was also wearing a seatbelt suffered minor injuries.  Annalee Roque, 1, and Joshua Roque, 5, were taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital in critical condition.  Anna Pecheco, 15, was seriously injured and transported to Osceola Regional Medical Center along with Angelique Pacheco, 11, and Allison Pacheco, 10, who suffered minor injuries.
