Grandmother In Daytona Beach Baby Sale Sentenced To 5 Years | Daytona Beach Child Injury Attorney

A 46-year-old Daytona Beach grandmother has been sentenced to 5 years in prison.  Patty Bigbee was arrested last November and pled no contest in June to illegal sale of a child and communications fraud.  Bigbee attempted to sell her 11-month-old grandson to her daughter for $75,000.  The child’s mother, Stephanie Bigbee-Davis, 22, was expected to see some of the money from the sale and is currently serving time in prison.
