Hit-and-run crashes on Osceola Parkway kill 2 motorcyclists

Two separate hit-and-run accidents this weekend left two motorcyclists dead in Osceola County.

At about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, two motorcycles riding west on the exit ramp of Interstate 4 to Osceola Parkway lost control and both drivers were ejected. Ross Dale, 20, of Aubrey, Texas, was killed. The other driver, whose identity is unknown, fled the scene.

In a separate incident early Sunday, a Kissimmee man was killed on Osceola Parkway. Raul Alicea Nogueras, 42, was riding a motorcycle in a merge lane behind a van near Briarwood Drive at about 1:45 a.m. The van swerved and collided with his motorcycle. Nogueras was taken to Florida Hospital Kissimmee but did not survive.

Florida Highway Patrol said the white van, either a Ford Windstar or a Chevrolet Astrovan, fled the scene. It may have damage on its right side.
