A fatal motorcycle accident occurred Saturday morning around 1 a.m. The crash occurred when motorcyclist Manuel Mosquera Alfonzo, 23, hit a car driven by Krista Lea Upson, 43. Alfonzo, of Holly Hill, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where he died. Upson, of Ormond Beach, was not injured.
