Hospital CEO Arrested For Elderly Abuse | Orlando Nursing Home Injury Attorney

A hospital administrator was recently arrested and charged with elderly abuse.   Numerous patients under her supervision were given psychotropic drugs to keep them quiet and not for medical purposes. The excessive dosage may have resulted in the death of three nursing home residents.   Pamela Ott allowed staff to give the drugs, forcibly if necessary, to patients if they were noisy.  She could face up to 11 years in prison.
