Hospital Misses Broken Neck, Releases Patient | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney

A Wyoming hospital has been sued for medical malpractice for missing a patient’s broken neck.  Louis Prager, 53, from Las Vegas, arrived at the hospital after a car accident in 2008.  The doctors performed a CT scan on him but not an x-ray.  Prager was sent home without anyone diagnosing his broken neck. Days later he returned with permanent nerve damage in his arm and shoulder.  He has not been able to work since the accident.

Misdiagnosis can be painful and sometimes deadly. Learn more in this Daytona Beach Malpractice Lawyer article.
