Hospital Sued For Medical Malpractice | Daytona Beach Injury Lawyer

A Nebraska hospital and emergency room physician have been sued for negligence in treating a patient.  The patient’s mother claims the hospital caused her son to suffer from pneumonia, a collapsed lung and other infections after the routine procedure of inserting a feeding tube.  She also says the hospital failed to give her son pain medication during this procedure while they handcuffed him to his bed.
