 Hydroplaning Causes Fatal Car Accident | Port Orange Personal Injury Attorney

A car crash, caused by hydroplaning, killed one man this Fourth of July and injured five others.  The single vehicle accident occurred when driver, Nadej Labranche, 42, of Jacksonville, lost control and began to hydroplane.  The vehicle then flipped and ejected passenger, Dumesle Labranche, 38. Dumesle was killed from injuries sustained in the crash.  Nadej and three other passengers were seriously injured.  Khoby Pierre, 6, was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in critical condition.
