A woman’s family who died in a New York nursing home has recently filed a suit against the home.  Seventy-three year old Verda Henry died after suffering from a bedsore that became infected.  Henry was admitted to the nursing home after a fall two years prior.  A family member who visited her often was the one who finally found the bed sore.
