Jacksonville Woman Charged In Child’s Death | Flagler Child Injury Attorney

A 2-year-old child died of a drug overdose in 2010 after finding methadone in a cup.  Dana Anderson, 30, from Jacksonville, who was charged with manslaughter, can face up to 30 years in prison.  Anderson’s lawyer is disputing that the cup the child found the methadone in was the child’s sippy cup.  A hearing in the case is set for this week.
