Jury Awards $1.44 In Hospital Sepisis Death | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Lawyer

A Baltimore jury recently awarded $1.44 million to the family of a man who died due to the negligence of his doctor and hospital.  The 33-year-old man died in 2007 from sepsis one day after he was admitted to the hospital.  The patient’s doctor was treating him with a broad antibiotic at the time for what he thought was possibly pneumonia.
