Lawsuit Filed Against Nursing Home Facility After Woman’s Death | Debary Negligence Attorney

A family has filed a lawsuit against a nursing home facility after the death of Lillian Aiken, 94.  Aiken, from Arkansas, was brought to Golden Living Center in December of 2007.  During her time at the nursing home she suffered from severe pain, infection, sepsis and multiple falls. She died only months later on February 3, 2008. Her family is suing the nursing home facility for the negligent care provided to Aiken.
