A nursing home has been accused of medical negligence, corporate negligence and violating long-term care resident’s rights.  The widow of a former patient has filed a lawsuit against the home.  She is accusing of the home of failing to take care of an infection, which later resulted in her husband’s death.  Before his death, the infection caused her husband to suffer a leg amputation.
