Lawsuit Planned Against Nursing Home | Port Orange Nursing Home Abuse Attorney

A Pennsylvania family recently announced they would be filing a lawsuit against a nursing home their mother was staying at.  Lois McCallister, 78, was a resident at Quadrangle Assisted Living facility.  A video camera placed in McCallister’s room showed her caretakers abusing her.  Three employees were charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal conspiracy, harassment, neglect of a care-dependent person and reckless endangerment.  The employees, Samirah Traynham, 22, Tyina Griffin, 21, and Ayesha Muhammad, 19, no longer work at the nursing home.  McCallister is now living with her family.
