Malpractice Case Settles For $1 Million | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney

The family of Katherine Coffey was awarded $1 Million in a malpractice and wrongful death lawsuit. The federal jury awarded $598,000 to her estate and $385,000 to her surviving husband in the suit against Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Coffey died at age 79 from an infection that occured from treatment in the hospital after open heart surgery in 2005.
