Malpractice Suit Against Hospital and Nursing Home Settles | Orlando Medical and Nursing Malpractice Lawyer

A medical malpractice suit in Pennsylvania recently settled for $1.5 million.  The lawsuit was filed against the patient’s doctors at a hospital and a nursing home.  Sonia O’Conner was diagnosed with an infection and abscess in her spine in 2005.  Due to both her doctor’s negligence, she is now partially paralyzed.  O’Conner also needed to undergo surgeries, including an emergency surgery for a collapsed vertebrae.
