Malpractice Suit, Blood Donor Develops Infection | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Lawyer


A California hospital has been sued by a blood donor who developed an infection and was denied medical care by the facility. The man has been donating blood to Stanford Blood Center for the last 10 years.  When he developed the infection they denied him care when he could no longer afford his bills. Reports say the hospital may have earned money from selling the man’s blood.
