Man Arrested After Hitting Autistic Child | Deltona Child Injury Attorney

A Deltona man was arrested this week after hitting an autistic child.  Raouf Juoini, 45, hit the 10-year-old autistic child with a fishing pole after the child tangled the rod.  He then hit the child’s mother with club from a tree when she tried to protect her son. Juoini was charged with felony battery, child abuse without great harm and aggravated battery on a person with a deadly weapon.
