Man Arrested In DUI Crash | Deltona Personal Injury Lawyer
A man was recently arrested for his involvement in a deadly car crash in October of 2009. Lamar Elton, 47, has been charged with DUI causing a death and serious injury. Elton, of Deltona, is accused of rear-ending a van stopped at a light on International Speedway Boulevard and Midway Avenue. Malcom Allanson, a passenger in the van, was killed in the crash. Five other passengers were injured, including Fred Hibberd and Wayne Maycock.
