A Longwood man was arrested after hitting a vehicle on Interstate-4 and leaving the scene of the accident.
James Defalco, 48, may have been driving under the influence when he hit Megan Chywski, 24. Defalco hit the rear of Chywski’s Chevy causing her to loose control and overturn. He has been charged with a DUI and reckless driving.
