Man Charged With DUI Manslaughter After Crash | DeLand Accident Attorney
A 23-year-old Georgia man has been charged with DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and serious bodily injury by DUI. James Jugovich was driving in DeLeon Springs this past June when he lost control and crashed into a tree. Jugovich and his passenger Jonathan Krueger, 22, of DeLand, suffered injuries. Jugovich’s passenger, Benjamen Anderson, 22, died from injuries sustained in the accident.
