A 44-year-old Orlando man was killed early this morning when an alleged drunk driver hit him. Keith Hess was riding his bicycle along Conway Road when a car driven by Mark Dhanraj, 26, ran him over. Dhanraj then left the scene of the accident. He has been charged with DUI manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal accident and driving under the influence.
