A multi-car crash occurred Sunday afternoon in Apopka at Vineland and Conroy Roads. Driver Christopher Patterson, 27, was distracted by his cell phone when he crashed into three vehicles. The victims in the accident include Florida Highway Patrol trooper Clark Egerton, 47, Windermere police officer, Jason Sipos, 35, and Sheri Faynik, 23. All three were transported to hospitals with minor injuries.
