A wrongful death trial began recently in New Jersey in the death of a 40-year-old man in 2005. Doctors saw the man in July, 2005 after his neighbor believes he was stung by something. He was found unconscious and foaming at the mouth. The man was diagnosed with heatstroke and sent him home from the hospital. Doctors failed to look further into a possible allergic reaction. In August of 2005 the patient was stung by a yellow jacket and later died. His estate believes if further tests and treatment had been given, the man's life could have been saved.
