Man Dies After Leaving Nursing Home Unattended | Daytona Beach Nursing Injury Lawyer


An Illinois nursing home is accused in the wrongful death of a former resident.  The former resident died after leaving the home unattended.  The man suffered exposure to the elements, pulmonary arrest and hypothermia.  The nursing home is accused of negligence in caring for the man to make sure he could not leave the premises.
