Man Dies After Nursing Home Employees Beat Him | Deltona Nursing Home Abuse Lawyer

A 42-year-old mentally disabled man died this year after two employees in a group home allegedly beat him.  The man’s family is now filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Graywood Foundation Home.  The victim, Paul McCann, was allegedly beaten for 45 minutes after employees accused him of taking food.  McCann was seriously injured but was not given medical treatment until the next day.  McCann died from his injuries.  The two employees have been charged with murder.
