A 76-year-old man not wearing a seatbelt was ejected from his vehicle and killed Monday in a crash on I-95. John Replogle, from Pennsylvania, was in the car with his wife, Paula Replogle, 61, when a tire blew near Palm Coast. The vehicle then overturned multiple times and crashed into a tree. John died at Halifax Health Medical Center. Paula suffered minor injuries.
