A man was killed Monday after he was ejected from his vehicle during a car accident. Victor Ruiz III, 64, was a resident of Canaveral Groves. Ruiz was driving on U.S. 1 near Mahi Mahi Lane when he crashed into some trees and a motor home after losing control of his car. Ruiz was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
