Man Files Malpractice Suit After Brain Biopsy | DeLand Medical Malpractice Attorney


A medical malpractice and negligence lawsuit is underway in Minnesota.  A man, now 79, entered the emergency room in 2006 with weakness and numbness.  The patient's doctor recommended a brain biopsy, which was performed days later causing a hemorrhage.  The man now suffers from cerebral dysfunction and brain injury affecting his speech and ability to walk.  A neurologist recently testified that more testing should have been done before undergoing the brain biopsy.
