A 22-year-old Lakeland man was killed early Sunday morning when a truck ran a red light and crashed into his vehicle. William Pennock’s car was hit by Michael Rosales, 26, who fled the scene of the accident with the help of his girlfriend, Elizabeth Wallace. Rosales and Wallace were charged with vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of an accident with a death.
