A single vehicle accident on New Year’s Eve left a man dead and another with serious injuries. The sport utility vehicle driven by Henry Mahr, 40, lost control on Florida 207 and flipped numerous times. The passenger Brian Stewart, 38, was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene. Mahr suffered serious injuries. Reports show alcohol was a factor in the crash. Neither passenger was wearing a seatbelt.
