A single vehicle crash on State Road 40 caused fatal injuries to a 29-year-old man yesterday. The accident occurred near Barberville when the driver, whose identity has not been released, lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree. The St. Augustine man was ejected on impact. His truck then caught on fire.
