Medical Malpractice Case Settles For $2.9 Million | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Attorney


A medical malpractice case in New York recently settled for $2.9 million after the death of a 6-year-old child.  The young boy was killed during a routine MRI after undergoing brain surgery.  The child was struck with an oxygen tank that was pulled in by the machine’s powerful magnet.  The accident occurred in 2001.
