Mental Health Supervisor Charged With Criminally Negligent Homicide | Deltona Nursing Home Abuse Attorney

A 37-year-old supervisor of a Staten Island mental health facility has been charged with criminally negligent homicide.  Jawara Henry, 27, died last year from asphyxia after Erik Stanley, 37, wrongfully restrained him during an outburst.  Henry was biting staff and patients when Stanley restrained him without using proper techniques or following protocol.
