Misplaced Feeding Tube Kills Nursing Home Resident | Daytona Beach Nursing Injury Lawyer

A Los Angeles nursing home has been fined $100,000 after a resident died from a misplaced feeding tube.  The 84-year-old man was given a nasogastric tube for feeding but it was placed into his lungs and not the stomach.  He died three days later from aspiration pneumonia.  The nursing home has been fined for its role in the resident's death.
