Multiple Injured, Including Children, In I-4 Accident | Orlando Injury Lawyer

A car accident on I-4 yesterday left ten people injured.  The crash occurred in Daytona Beach when a minivan struck the back of a van. The van, with only two seatbelts, was holding eight passengers, including two children.  The couple in the minivan, Robert Merkel, 69, and Joanne Merkel, 69, are from Lehighton, Pa.  Joanne Merkel is in critical condition after the accident.  Two adults and two children in the minivan suffered serious injuries.  Five other passengers in the crash suffered minor injuries.
