New Alzheimer's Drug Testing In Orlando | Daytona Beach Medical Malpractice Lawyer

Alzheimer’s disease has been said to affect 40,000 people in Central Florida.  This brain disorder causes severe memory loss in those individuals affected and is fatal.

A new study has been launched in Orlando to test a new drug called bapineuzumab.  This drug hopes to remove a toxic substance known as beta amyloid from the patient’s brain and help with the deadly disease.

There are currently 200 study sites in the United States and Canada with 2,000 participants.
