Nurse Accused Of Failing To Reconnect A Ventilator Tube | Port Orange Nursing Home Neglect Lawyer

A nurse in Pennsylvania has been charged with neglect of a care-dependent person and recklessly endangering another person.  Abiodun Oke, 45, was a nurse at ArtistCare at Meadow Springs. Oke has been accused of not reconnecting a ventilator tube on an 81-year-old patient at the facility.  A respiratory therapist came into the patient’s room when an alarm sounded to find Oke standing there watching the patient without trying to reconnect the tube.  The therapist reattached the breathing tube.
