Nursing Home Fined For Woman’s Death | Daytona Beach Nursing Home Malpractice Lawyer

A California nursing home was recently fined $100,000 for the death of a patient.  A woman, 78-years-old, died just last year at the nursing facility.  Authorities believe the nursing home did not properly monitor the patient, which resulted in her death.  They say the woman should have been taken to the emergency room for a brain bleed but was not cared for in time.
