Nursing Home Fined, Negligent In Caring For Residents | Daytona Beach Nursing Home Injury Lawyer


A nursing home facility in Illinois has been fined $15,000 for negligence in caring for their residents.  The home failed to put policies into place to protect the residents from physical and sexual abuse by other residents.  Four residents, that are known, have already been injured due to this negligence.
