Nursing Home Found Negligent, Resident Burns Foot | Orlando Nursing Home Abuse Attorney


A Minnesota nursing home was found negligent after a resident burned herself.  The resident, who suffered from restless leg syndrome, burned her foot on a heater near her bed.  The home was found guilty of negligence for not properly caring for the woman to prevent the injury.
